Reporting a problem

If a test fails or gives a result that looks wrong, it helps to include:

• which test you used and the result you got (the “Copy result” button gives a ready-made line),
• your device and browser, for example “Windows laptop, Chrome”,
• what sound output you used: built-in speakers, wired or wireless headphones, TV or soundbar.

Please do not send recordings or personal information you would not want to share; they are not needed.
